Is there any shortcut key to merge cells in MS Excel 2007?
Yes, there is a Shortcut key to make your office much easier to work. You can’t split an individual cell, but you can make it appear as if a cell has been split by merging the cells above it. Generally we will select the cells which needs to be merged and click “Merge & Center” option.
It’s a waste of time each time selecting the cells and clicking on “Merge & Center” option. Instead we can use a Shortcut key feature 😉 Just do the following things in MS Excel,
- Just select the cells
- Press Alt + Enter key
- Now the cells will be merged 🙂
