How To create a Transparent Terminal in Ubuntu/Kubuntu Desktop:
Linux’s one of the most cool feature is its Transparent Terminal.Few days back i have discussed about using a Transparent Console for Windows Xp & Vista.Ok,lets now see how to create transparent terminal in Kubuntu.The procedure is same for Ubuntu also.
- Open Kickoff Apllication Launcher –>Apllications –> System –>Terminal
- Click Settings –>Edit Current Profile.
- Click on Apperance Tab.
- There will a list of Colour schemes & Background Options
- Select a Scheme and Click Edit.
- There you can find Adjust the Background Transparency Level
- Apply your Opacity Level
That’s it!!!
